I really enjoyed the LLT, I enjoy meditation and that this allowed me to go further into myself, looking at areas of my life where my limiting beliefs had begun and had been consistent in different areas in my life. It was an overall positive technique which allowed me to use positive affirmations to put a different view on past situations.
